Royalty Income Analyst Intern

 

The Global Royalties and Data Governance team are looking for a Royalty Analyst Intern to join our team in support of licensing accounts for various brands across Hasbro's global portfolio.  

 

 

•   Processing royalty reports and payments received from Hasbro’s licensing partners

•   Reconciling licensee accounts and responding to licensee inquiries 

•   Preparing General Ledger reconciliations and journal entries 

•   Preparing month-end financial reporting and distributing of licensing income activity

•   Assist in data clean-up/migration projects in preparation for new system implementation

 

 

An ideal candidate is a student currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program for Finance, Accounting, or another related field, with the following skills:

 

•   Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel 

•   Ability to track and organize data

•   High attention to detail

•   Ability to work with team members in remote locations across the globe

•   Excellent written and oral communication
