Project Coordinator

PROJECT COORDINATOR
• Primary responsibility is to manage and respond to program assignments
• Provide updates and informed of timeline and job status for losses
• Provide excellent customer service internally and externally both verbally and written
• Effective and timely communication with all parties involved via email, phone and texts
• Handle customer questions and concerns
• Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
• Schedule inspection appointments with customers and complete all required documents
• Develop scope of work and preliminary estimates with photos and accurate measurements
• Coordination with sub-contractors for various projects
• Schedule warranty work
• Directly involved with initiating and follow through on sales
• Complete all sales documentation and payment collection
• Assist with procuring materials and handling logistics for projects
• Good organization and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and adaptable to operate in a fast-paced work environment
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Order supplies
• Inventory management
• Equipment management


Requirements
• Restoration experience (Water, Fire, Mold and Repairs)
• Valid driver’s license
• Clear drivers abstract
• Reliable vehicle
