Entry Level Landscape Architect / Landscape Designer

ArquitectonicaGEO is looking for an emerging professional with 0-3 years of experience who possesses strong graphics, design, and 3D skills. Candidates should have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail, including demonstrated production of presentation quality graphics and renderings. Experience using AutoCAD, REVIT, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and other design software. The selected individuals will be part of an integrated fast paced design team and should be self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.

 

Qualifications: Candidates can be on their last year of Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture and start as part-time and then transition into full time after graduation. Applicants must be legally authorized to work for ArquitectonicaGEO in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

 

 

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·        Development of site plans from concept through construction, under guidance of senior staff

·        AutoCAD drafting support

·        Development of design sketches, sections, illustrative plans, renderings, and other graphic presentation materials

·        Produce presentations for clients and other agencies under the guidance of Project Architects and Project Managers

·        Generate analysis, diagrams, renderings, sketches, and technical drawing sets

·        Assist in conducting preliminary studies of the site (inventory and analysis, incl. existing vegetation, grades, soil, buildings, roads)

·        Assist project Architect and Project Manager in any task related to the assigned project

·        Maintain organized file structure and project content

·        Maintain organized record of drawings to support PM
