Junior Web Content Coordinator

Summary
 
Seeking a Junior Web Content Coordinator with experience managing and maintaining website content for content management systems. This position will be responsible for content collection, management, and implementation as well as content migration and creation between multiple brand websites. The position will work in the marketing department. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized and capable of juggling multiple projects.
 
Essential Duties
 
  • Assist with collecting, managing, and controlling content for current web sites, small channel sites, and marketing campaign landing pages
  • Manage content and asset collection within multiple Content Management Systems, such as WordPress
  • Assist with coordinating data and content collection from multiple sources and locations across the company
  • Make recommendations for better content organization and presentation based on user feedback, analytics, and best practices
  • Organize and maintain product information in various Content Management Systems
  • Work with vendors and partners to ensure content updates go smoothly
  • Analyze and solve problems related to company web sites and digital properties
 
Required Education/Experience/Skills
 
  • Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in computer science, communications or related field
  • 1+ year of relevant experience within a Marketing Department or similar environment
  • Desired but not required: familiarity with HTML and Adobe PhotoShop
  • Must be comfortable asking questions to ensure understanding of requirements, problems, goals, etc. of content projects
  • Maintain and improve personal skill set and knowledge base
  • Experience with WordPress, Drupal or other website CMS a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
