Investor Relations Specialist
Our Purpose – work 1 on 1 with investors to secure an equity-based loan, backed by real property. Reach out to capital holders who are looking to get their capital working for them in form of a mortgage note, or equity-driven loan. We would like to select students in-training or that may have graduated in fields related to business, management, finance and other related corporate professionalism majors. With this position, they are able to gain more experience working with investors, banking, private and public companies, learning negotiation skills, financial planning, business development, program expansion, funding placement, and all the hands-on documentation fundamentals that are associated with business building!
This is a 1099 contractor project and would consist of independently searching for potential investors/capital holders that are interested in constructing a loan option. The principal they would invest, would be secured from a residential property's available equity.
The tasks for this position are very easy to conduct, as it is fully remotely accessible. You would be contacting capital holders via phone, email, social media, and other ways that would fit your search for clientele. You are able to conduct your search and schedule correspondences with the investors in ways that would best coordinate with you and the potential investors' schedule, in order to discuss the opportunity with them.
An overview of bullet points to help guide the conversation with investors will be provided, along with any links/materials they will need to execute any paperwork needed if they choose to move forward with this loan option. You would just need to keep track of your prospects who are interested so we know who to follow up with to secure the loan opportunity, and to ensure certain documents are sent to the investor and signed via email.
This is a set project and will be complete once the loan is secured by an investor. There is no set schedule for this position, and this would not be considered a salary/hourly paid wage. The payout would be a 1-time bonus amount and would be structured as earning a 1% to 1.5% of the loan amount that you secured, (% based on experience). The loan amount can be anywhere between $50k - $200k. The pay would be secured once the loan is executed and funds are released, as the contractor pay for the position will be coming from the loan itself.
Our Goal – connect with a qualified student or graduate/alumni studying business, management, finance, gov’t/community development or other capital investment related majors for a chance at a hands-on opportunity with a real estate investment company. The student will be gaining experience with investors, companies and private money holders for an investing opportunity.
