Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Summary:
Astrodyne TDI is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is hands-on and possesses the discipline to work towards a vision as well as being an excellent team player with a positive attitude. The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Sr. Director of Human Resources and will be responsible for recruiting of various roles throughout the organization supporting the Business Unites within manufacturing, operational and support positions.

Job Responsibilities:
·        Handle the complete end-to-end Full Life Cycle Recruiting, including the scheduling of interviews, quality assurance of candidates resumes, and acting as an active coordinator between management and the candidate as needed.
·        Partner with the business unit managers to analyze their requirements against qualifications of the candidates and match the best candidate for the vacant and/or newly created position.
·        Lead the sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, evaluation, and complete offers by working with Director of HR.
·        Complete offer letters/administrative tasks required for new hires along with administering applicant tracking/tracking of candidates.
·        Identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates by performing sourcing activities to include, but not limited to, internal database, applicant tracking- ICIMS, market and internet research identifying alternate candidate sources, executing recruiting calls, referral recruiting, and online social networking.
·        Provide updates to Director of HR by updating status of vacancies, the Pipeline, and number of candidates/interview process weekly.
·        Updates & posts positions through applicant tracking and various websites.
·        Work with local colleges and will be involved with career fairs/building connections and relationships with career services.
·        Recommends new recruiting approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements within recruiting efforts.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or Management is preferred with a minimum of 5 plus years of experience in HR with a recruiting background preferably in a manufacturing environment. The candidate should have experience with “full life cycle” recruiting and drive success by delivering recruiting results in a fast-paced environment.
