ROC Paid Internship+$2500: Supply Chain Solution Team (Remote) (RAISE 2022)

This is a RAISE (Rochester Area Internship Summer Experience) Program offered with an additional UR-funded $2,500 living stipend per cohort intern at each of the 10 RAISE organizations. Position Summary:  Support the Constellations Brands (CBIT) Supply Chain Solution Product teams on various initiatives. Will gain hands-on experience with SAP and will work closely with seasoned IT and Beer, Wine, and Spirits Supply Chain professionals. The intern will be focused primarily on managing process integration issues identified by IDocs in SAP. This gives functional and technical exposure to various Supply Chain processes. We will also work with the intern to further develop and manage our product-centric framework.
 
Responsibilities:
·      Participate in pre-planned intern events such as Senior Leader Meetings, Goal Setting and LMS Training
·      Monitor and take action on SAP IDoc errors to ensure timely processing of transactions, including creating and updating documentation to be used in end-user training
·      Assist with Agile product management activities, including supporting product managers by facilitating the Stand-up and Grooming sessions
·      Help improve our business and intra-team interactions within the product-centric framework
·      Assist in managing and grooming the product backlog
·      Participate in team meetings and update staff on progress made and hurdles to be overcome 


Required Qualifications:

·      Minimum GPA of 3.0
·      Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in a Supply Chain or Information Technology related degree program (preference: candidate completed three years of undergraduate studies / entering senior year)
·      Positive attitude with versatility
·      Familiarity with Supply Chain processes and concepts such as manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and order management.
·      Good written and verbal skills to interact with business users and product team.

ADA Physical/Mental/Workplace Requirements

·      Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
·      Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time
·      Primary work environment is virtual/remote
