Computer/Networking Installation and Support Intern

Overview
Here is an opportunity to enhance your technical credentials, while living and working at a beautiful sleepaway camp. We are located on a beautiful 1250 acre campus that is host to four camp offices and computer rooms in Milford, PA. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for installing, upgrading, supporting and troubleshooting our network and all computers, printers, scanners, tablets, cameras and IP Phones. There may be additional scope to support our marketing, media, and digital content efforts.

Please note that we are primarily a Windows computing environment utilizing Microsoft 365. This is not a "sit in one place all day" office job. You will also live in a cabin with campers and other staff and have shared responsibility for care and safety of campers in that bunk. Ideally we would like you to start in late May and continue working to Labor Day, but we have flexibility on the start and end dates.


Qualifications
Windows OS and PC hardware installation. Computer networking experience. Ability to work independently with general direction. Hardware troubleshooting (CPU's, Printers, Switchboxes and More). IP Configuration Ability Enjoy working with kids!
Desired skills
Windows, PC, Network, Troubleshooting. An understanding of Local Area Networks and IP Configurations are essential in this role.
Compensation
Approx. $2,000-$3,000 depending on the start and end date.
