Principal at South Elementary School Starting 2022-2023 School Year
- Year round position starting July 1, 2022
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team building skills with all segments of the school community (students, teachers, and parents)
- In depth knowledge of elementary math and literacy curriculum and instructional strategies with experience and the skillset to utilize assessment data to improve student achievement.
- Thorough knowledge of child development with attention towards social emotional needs of students
- Experience supporting a range of student needs when it comes to special education, 504s, support services and families in need
- Ability to coordinate and lead a staff of 125 employees
- Demonstrated ability to be a creative thinker and collaborative leader
- Familiar and capable of handling all legal issues of a school building principal.
- Minimum of a master’s degree
- Certified or able to obtain Principal endorsement in New Hampshire
- Experience as an Elementary Administrator preferred
