The team is comprised of general accounting, technical accounting, SEC reporting, treasury, tax, and internal audit.
  • Acquisitions is responsible for the origination, negotiation, and documentation of new property acquisitions. Responsibilities include assisting with the initial underwriting involving financial analysis/modeling, assessing site-level property performance, the review of lease documents and engineering and environmental reports. The team also collects market data as it relates to new property sites and develops and manages new brokerage/developer/private equity relationships for BNL.
  • Asset Management focuses on portfolio oversight and a wide array of real estate matters. Responsibilities include acquisition underwriting, dispositions, leasing, industry research, portfolio review, and modeling/tracking of tenants.
  • Corporate Finance & Investor Relations is responsible for understanding and communicating the key drivers of performance and how they translate into operating results and correspondingly create shareholder value. The team is tasked with providing senior management and the Board of Directors the appropriate information and analysis to better inform near and long-term strategic decision making. In addition, the Corporate Finance team assists in building organizational awareness of corporate strategy and each department’s role in achieving it.
