Internships – Universal Creative: Creative Studio (Summer 2022)
Summer Semester: Internship dates are approximately from late May 2022- mid August 2022.
JOB SUMMARY: The Creative Studio team at Universal Creative is responsible for developing the highest quality project concepts, and overseeing the execution of the creative intent of Universal Parks & Resorts projects globally.

EDUCATION:
- In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Junior or above.
- Recent graduates will not be eligible for this program.
- Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA is preferred.
- An official transcript will be required upon request.
- Preferred majors include: Animation, Architecture/Architectural Design, Creative Writing, Digital Art, Film, Illustration, Interior Design, Production Design, Technical Design, Theatre/Set Design, Themed Entertainment Design, Urban Planning
EXPERIENCE: Prior internship experience related to position is preferred.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Skills for success in role include but are not limited to:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with relevant project work
- Ability to work autonomously and in a group setting successfully
- Advanced proficiency in any of the following programs:
- Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically After Effects, Illustrator, PhotoShop and InDesign)
- 3DS Max
- Maya
- Unreal
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- SketchUp
- Rhino
- ZBrush
- Experience in drafting, 3D modeling and/or printing, and sketching
- Experience with GIS (for Architecture-based roles)
- Familiarity with Universal products and related IPs, as well as a passion for themed entertainment

- These internship opportunities will be in-person experiences, based in our Orlando offices.
- Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than August 2022.
- Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
