As an A2L Financial Associate Analyst, your responsibilities may include assisting with the completion of reports, research, and attendance in meetings and daily duties to support your designated functional team. Special projects and other tasks may be assigned or requested. You will often work within a corporate setting which requires high professionalism and autonomy to thrive within the functional career track to meet the demands of the company. May require travel. Potential to be remote.
 
This role will support our investments team and get broad exposure to our business and processes. The investments team support the strategy, modeling and analysis of new and existing client contracts including pricing, capital investments, PL and discounted cash flows. The goal of this role is to progress into a finance manager in one of our field locations or an analyst on one of our support team.
 
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Pull data from systems to streamline modeling process
  • Coordinate the development, analysis, and review of new business, retention, and extension financial models ensuring compliance to business standards, terms and conditions
  • Work closely with Regional Teams to align proposed operating plans with the underlying financial model
  • Assist business development as needed in identifying financial revenue and profit sharing structures that best align to client and ARAMARK expectations
  • Be able to identify accounts within the ARAMARK portfolio that most closely resemble new business targets.
  • Special projects and analysis as assigned by the VP Finance and Director of Investments
  • Capital Projection and Actuals ensuring spend by type is accurate while incorporating historical trends
  • Calculation and administration of Director of Business Development Compensation Plans
  • Assist in the projection and reporting of Overhead Components

What Makes You Right for This Role

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance. (Must graduate between December 2020 – August 2022 to be eligible for the 2022 A2L Program)
  • There are two start dates for the 2022 Program: April and July. All degree requirements must be completed prior to the start date of the program (including any final internship requirements). 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required.
  • Leadership skills, inclusive of supervisory responsibilities, team lead in a club/organization, and/or project management.
  • The ability to communicate in an appropriate, clear, and concise manner with customers, clients, employees and leadership.
  • Dynamic working skills to handle change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cost control, budget responsibilities or inventory management experience desired.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends or holidays according to business need.
  • Ability / willingness to relocate according to program or business needs.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred.
  • Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Aramark for this position now or in the future.
