Account Manager (Remote)

What you’ll be doing:
  • Be the face of the agency to your client accounts
  • Prepare and deliver client-facing presentations, meeting agendas, and reports
  • Work closely with the internal team to create strategic marketing plans with measurable goals and clear action items/deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the assigned clients’ brands, business objectives, marketing objectives, and industries
  • Develop effective digital marketing strategies to achieve clients’ business objectives
  • Manage clients’ marketing budgets
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell using a variety of digital solutions

To snag this role:
  • Minimum 2 years professional experience managing client relationships in an agency, marketing company, or other B2B company
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Be cool, calm and confident independently presenting to clients via phone, Zoom or in person
  • Build positive relationships with client contacts, including executives, deans, doctors, directors and owners
  • Articulate Search Influence’s value to clients, the importance and effectiveness of digital strategies and campaigns
