JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Intern will assist with various projects throughout the assignment, including new sales & marketing, Salesforce entry/reporting of analytics, social media content, and sales coordination work.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager
- Actively learn the sales and sales coordination process, seeking process efficiency along the way
- Develop product knowledge of the forklift industry
- Research and generate lists of potential new customers
- Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts
- Partner with Marketing on content for social media and websites
- Work actively in Salesforce to provide reporting and analytics to Sales Manager
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor degree program, majoring in Business or related field.
EXPERIENCE
- Previous work experience / internship required
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work independently and to effectively prioritize demands and execute tasks.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information to internal and external customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Willingness to travel to other territories
