Marketing/General Office Assistant
We are seeking a Part time Marketing/General Office Assistant to join our team! The position is a minimum of 10 hours a week. You will perform marketing, clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Marketing Responsibilities:
· Create weekly social media content calendars and review them with the Marketing Manager
· Research current and emerging social media practices and trends
· Create engaging social media content and posts
· Track and analyze monthly social media analytics
· Contribute new ideas and strategies to increase Privacy Ref’s social media following
General Office Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing FedEx shipments to our customers of books
Create FedEx shipment on Fed X website
Pack up the package and have waiting to be picked up
Keep inventory of text books and materials
Prepare classroom for training
Assist with projects
Qualifications:
Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
Knowledge of social media scheduling software (Hootsuite) is preferred
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to create packages and set up FedEx Shipments
