Culinary Intern

Company: Trubble Brewing -

Trubble Brewing is a microbrewery and restaurant located in the heart of Fort Wayne. Its primary location on Broadway not only serves a full menu to its patrons, but also acts as commissary for two taprooms and Trubble's catering business. Our culinary team is lead by Cortney Carpenter, an alum of Purdue Fort Wayne's Hospitality program, who successfully fulfilled her hands-on credits while working in Trubble Brewing's kitchen in 2017. As a part of the Trubble culinary team, you will be directly supervised by Ms. Carpenter, and you will gain valuable experience in prep, line cooking, and catering prep and potentially on-site work. Specific goals for this intern are to 1) assist with recipe development for a new menu and 2) develop food-cost tracking tools for our commissary kitchen.


Must be able to work on the line for up to a six hour shift. Must be able to lift objects up to 25 lbs. Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Word and/or Mac Pages, Microsoft Excel and/or Mac Sheets is preferred.
