Operations Assistant

Position: Operations Assistant

Responsibilities:             
  • Record financial information into Abbott’s portfolio management system based on review and analysis of private equity fund financial statements
  • Input fee and expense information into Abbott’s portfolio management system based on review of annual ILPA templates received from Abbott’s general partners
  • Reconcile portfolio data
  • Assist with the electronic filing and occasional hard copy filing of documentation related investment transactions and valuations and account reconciliations

Requirements:
  • Accounting Major
  • Strong computer skills--Excel, Word
  • Effective organizational, time management and administrative skills
  • Self-motivated individual
  • A team player eager to learn private equity investment management business
  • Work approximately 19 to 23 hours per week
