Operations Assistant
Position: Operations Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Record financial information into Abbott’s portfolio management system based on review and analysis of private equity fund financial statements
- Input fee and expense information into Abbott’s portfolio management system based on review of annual ILPA templates received from Abbott’s general partners
- Reconcile portfolio data
- Assist with the electronic filing and occasional hard copy filing of documentation related investment transactions and valuations and account reconciliations
Requirements:
- Accounting Major
- Strong computer skills--Excel, Word
- Effective organizational, time management and administrative skills
- Self-motivated individual
- A team player eager to learn private equity investment management business
- Work approximately 19 to 23 hours per week
