Nonprofit Onboarding & Client Success Specialist (Entry Level - June 2022 Start Class)
In this role you will be in daily contact with leading nonprofit organizations nationwide to help these organizations who are new clients get up and running with Double the Donation’s tools. We’re looking to hire candidates who have 0-3 years experience, have an interest in the nonprofit sector, are outgoing and personable, and have a desire to help organizations best leverage software to raise more money for their cause.
We’re expanding our Client Success team bringing on multiple new Nonprofit Onboarding & Client Success Specialists to start on June 13, 2022 when we anticipate 8-15 recent college graduates or individuals seeking entry level positions joining the company.

The Position:
This is the perfect role for someone who has recently graduated or is early in their career. We’re looking to hire candidates who have 0-3 years experience, have an interest in the nonprofit sector, are outgoing and personable, and have a desire to help organizations best leverage software to raise more money for their cause.
Customer service, managing relationships, fundraising, or sales experience in clubs, internships, or part-time jobs is preferred though not required!
You will be in daily contact with leading nonprofit organizations nationwide to help these organizations who are new clients get up and running with Double the Donation’s tools.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner and comfortable taking ownership of the client’s success in starting to use our tools effectively, knowing that there can be a wide range of barriers that could prevent an organization from getting set up. Success in this role is driven by a genuine passion for making a difference and a willingness to ensure 100% of clients get up and running. This candidate must be excited to speak with nonprofit staff over the phone, demonstrate how our solution can generate more revenue for their organizations, and work through any barriers.
In this role, you will:
- Provide a professional and great experience for customers
- Interact via conference calls and/or emails to facilitate and accelerate the onboarding of new customers
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to customers assigned to you
- Coordinate efforts with other teams and team members to resolve issues quickly
- Play an active role in solving customer requests, issues, and training
- Work through any delays or obstacles that may pop up to ensure clients are successfully set up
- You are passionate about our overall mission and how customers can use the product
- Flexible in your responsibilities and willing to expand your role
The Location:
Double the Donation is located in the heart of Atlanta on the Beltline between Krog Street Market and Ponce City Market with all of our team members located in the metro area. We have a hybrid work structure with team members working in-office some days and remotely other days.
Requirements
Who we’re looking for:
- Individuals looking for entry level positions (Majors that could be a good fit include Communications, Business, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or other Liberal Arts degrees)
- Strong academic performance with an overall 3.8 GPA minimum
- Individuals who take their professional achievements very seriously

Compensation & Benefits
What Do We Offer?
Financial compensation includes multiple components:
- Base salary: $55,000.00 per year
- One-time additional $1,000 payment on your 1st paycheck, dependent upon a start date. If you don’t stay with the company for 1 full year, you’ll need to repay this in full.
- Eligible for an annual bonus based on client and/or company performance. Your bonus range is $0 – $16,000 per 12-month year with a target of $8,000. If you join in the middle of the company's performance period, this is prorated in your first year. Company bonuses have two-year pay-out periods. For individuals starting in June, 2022, 25% of the Bonus earned will be paid out in the 2nd pay period of August, 2023 and 75% of the Bonus earned will be paid out in the 2nd pay period of August, 2024.
- Optional Life leave cash-out value of $2,475 per year if you choose to cash it out rather than using it.
- Monthly stipend of $100 for health insurance if you choose not to enroll in the company’s healthcare plan.
Expected Year 1 Compensation totals above $60,000 with it increasing in future years.
Time Off:
We believe in working hard and striving for your best throughout the year but also that individuals should have an abundance of flexibility to take time off to see family, friends, or pursue their passions. All team members have:
- 20 vacation days per year
- 5 sick days per year
- 7 company holidays per year
- 15 life leave days per year. These days may be used during the year, rolled over into next year, or redeemed for their cash value 1x per year.
