Project Delivery Services - Construction Industry

The Intern will collaborate with some of the most knowledgeable professionals in our industry and provide support on projects and initiatives. Success in this role will allow the Intern the opportunity to grow into greater responsibilities. 

Required Skills

What you get to do:

  • Assist in the development of the Boldt’s Project Delivery Standard Work and Boldt Site Specific Quality Planning Guide (SSQP). These guides are foundational to Boldt’s construction delivery methods. 
  • Work close with team members to provide technical support in the implementation and training of the Boldt Production and Quality Management Systems.
  • Learn and assist in the implementation of the site safety programs as required.

Required Experience

What we expect from you:

  • Full-time student enrolled at a college or university with sophomore, junior, or senior status pursuing an undergraduate degree.
  • Proficiency required with Microsoft Office Suite, Apps and Online Services including Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMs, OneNote, and Planner.
  • Programming skills desired; not required.
  • Driven self-starter with proven record of working independently or with a team.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage individual contributions.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical problem solver; phenomenal attention to detail, quality, and standardization (when applicable) when completing assignments.
