Job Title: B2B Technology Sales Trainee 
 
Designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals, Prosource’s 10-week B2B Technology Sales Training Program is your opportunity to kick start your sales career in the fast-paced business technology industry. Get real-world experience alongside industry pros while learning how to get into a prospect’s operating reality and become the only choice. 
 
We’ll introduce you to Prosource’s proven sales process, industry-leading technology offerings, and winning culture focused on our customers, communities, and team. Through a combination of skills-based training, customer-facing experience, and guidance from our sales leadership team and your mentor, you’ll cultivate the skills and expertise you need to close business and succeed in B2B sales. 
 
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be considered for a competitive placement on one of our technology sales teams. 
 
Goals and Responsibilities: 
Outside Sales Account Manager trainees will be able to seek out and engage prospects, generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule sales calls. You will also gain a complete understanding of all our technology products, solutions, and services and be able to create a successful email, phone, social, and in-person sales pitch.  
 
Essential Activities and Responsibilities: 
Sales (90%) 
·       Use multi-channel prospecting techniques to generate leads, grow your pipeline, and close sales. This includes cold calling via email, phone, and face-to-face, as well as utilizing social selling strategies on LinkedIn to research and interact with business professionals in your assigned territory. 
·       Utilize customer and prospect database to track sales activities that help manage and grow your pipeline 
·       Evaluate customer business needs to develop and present solutions that will grow their business 
·       Effectively market and sell comprehensive technology products, solutions, and services while maintaining Prosource’s TotalPro Guarantee 
 
Customer Relations (10%): 
·       Maintain a customer-first mentality and approach while establishing, developing, and preserving positive business and customer relationships

Pre-requisites: 
·       Possess a college degree  
·       History of success (scholastics, sports, prior employment, awards, etc.) 
·       Knowledge of relevant computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
·       Polished appearance and demeanor 
·       Any additional education in the field of business technology could be considered an advantage 
·       Any previous sales experience is not required but considered an advantage 
·       Must have a valid driver’s license
