We are looking for a Personal Assistant that is organized, detail oriented and efficient to join our Team! This requires being an excellent problem solver, staying one step ahead, exercising independent judgment, handling confidential information, and managing and running all aspects of CEO’s office and always working to accomplish tasks with a sense of urgency.  

Job Description

• Administrative competence - Fulfill record keeping requirements accurately and on time.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Organize, plan, and oversee meeting coordination
• Answer phone, screen calls, and take messages / forward as appropriate
• Compose, edit and proofread correspondence
• Other duties as assigned
• Handling sensitive and confidential information
• Ability to work under pressure on multiple assignments at once
• Proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Position Requirements
• High School Diploma required or College preferred.
