HRIS Workday Analyst (Considering Out of State Candidates)

Job Title:                    HRIS Workday Analyst
Contract Type:         Employee
Annual Salary:         $59,740.00 - $88,740.00
(Support staff salary will be based on internal equity and experience)
Location:                  FL - HOME OFFICE

The Position:
The Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst identifies all reporting needs and oversees report production and data validation for Human Resource personnel, executive management, and external stakeholders. The HRIS Analyst assists with the data analysis, analytics, reporting and recommendations for all information that impacts Human Capital Management. The HRIS Analyst also serves as the main technical resource for HR systems, including the enterprise resource program, the applicant tracking and onboarding system, and all other HR systems as assigned. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
·       Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Human Resources; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Experience:
·       Three years’ experience in HR measurement preferred and data analysis and problem solving with large amounts of data
·       Experience using spreadsheets to conduct trend analyses
·       Two years’ experience in HCM administration
·       Experience using Microsoft Power BI preferred
