Investment Research Intern
GENERAL PURPOSE

The Envestnet Summer Internship is a full-time internship program designed for qualified college students to gain hands-on experience within the Envestnet Denver Office. Interns will work alongside various department experts and collaborate with fellow Envestnet interns on a project presented to leaders in the company.
The Summer Internship program will run from June 6, 2022 through August 12, 2022.
The Investment Research Intern position will support Envestnet’s Multi-Asset Strategist Research Team in conducting investment research and due diligence on unique asset allocated portfolio solutions comprised of exchange traded funds and/or mutual funds. This is a fast growing area of the industry and is represented by an eclectic mix of renowned asset managers and small boutiques.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• The Investment Research Intern’s primary responsibility is support the investment research and due diligence on third-party asset management firms and their respective investment products. This will primarily consist of reviewing manager collateral and participating in due diligence interviews with asset managers. The individual will be responsible for gathering and synthesizing key investment information and translating their findings into easily digestible data and signals to be used by financial advisors.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
• This role requires strong proficiency in excel and attention to detail. Some familiarity of global capital markets, asset allocation, or portfolio construction techniques is also highly desired
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• Enrolled in an accredited College/University
