Mental Health Case Manager
Assist students and their families to coordinate community-based support to address behavioral problems and increase social skills, and advocate for access to necessary services and resources to help the child succeed. Must have a high school diploma and 3+ years of experience working with kids, such as education, coaching, child care, youth programs, or bachelor’s/master’s degree in social work, mental health or related field.
