Digital Media Intern
Join the team of staff at Camp Wawenock on Sebago Lake in Maine, a traditional seven-week girls' camp, to support Wawenock’s digital media endeavors through one or more of the following: teaching photography classes to 8–16-year-old campers, capturing and editing photos and/or video, creating content and producing social media marketing campaigns, and/or graphic design. Camp Staff are also counselors who live in a cabin with a group of 4-7 campers, along with another staff member.
Requirements
● Strong skills in digital media including one or more of the following: photography, videography, social media marketing, or graphic design
● Experience teaching and/or working with children preferred, but not required
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to listen and share ideas
● Desire to live a close-knit, positive camp atmosphere
● Willingness to follow all protocols, including COVID-19 health and safety practices
