Interior Design and Project Manager

We are seeking an intern to assist us with the design and development of a spec waterfront single-family home in Coral Gables. This luxury home is located in a private, gated community in Coral Gables. The residence will have a total of 7,500 sq.ft. and has 100 linear feet on the water with a 48 ft dock.

We are seeking a candidate who is organized, efficient and motivated to learn. Prior experience with interior design and project management would be helpful.

Responsibilities include: Working with our interior designer to select flooring, appliances, fixtures, doors, cabinets, paint colors, color palette, etc. Coordinating activities with our General Contractor to ensure the residence is built on time and on budget. Interacting with our architect to review plans and verify that construction drawings are aligned with the site build. Working with the principal of Beacon Hill Property Group to market, position and sell the residence once completed.
