Intern - Client Services and Project Management (Summer 2022)

Using your talents for leadership and coordination, you will support in managing client projects from kick-off to completion, making sure that the work is getting done on-time and on-budget. You will also learn how to effectively understand the nuances of a client’s business, and proactively provide strategic insights to help improve their marketing programs. You’re a team player interested in Advertising and want to get hands-on experience in Business and Project Management.
What You’ll Need:
- Must be at least a Junior or Senior in undergrad
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and ability to manage competing priorities
- Organization and Attention to Detail
- Experience with MS Office – Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting team in maintaining current account and project information/logistics to keep internal teams informed – including: keeping project workspaces updated and organized and producing weekly financial reports and distributing to team.
- Aiding in contract development, providing win-win solutions for clients
- Supporting team in scope and budget management (from estimation to completion)
- Learning how to coordinate and track action items & tasks from beginning to completion on small/mini-projects, including meeting preparation and scheduling.
- Conducting research to provide industry and competitive insights, compiling notes, testing, routing and proofing deliverables
- Helping to maintain agency financials, including planning for upcoming work
*This position can be located in our San Diego or Denver office.*
The summer intern program runs from June-August 2022.
The hiring range for this position is: $20 per hour
