Email Marketing Admin

Growing the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel for HanesBrands, Inc. (HBI) is one of the key pillars of HBI’s Full Potential growth strategy. Email marketing is a key tool for driving site traffic and consumer loyalty as a component of this broader DTC strategy. The Email Marketing Admin, Triggered Campaigns will be part of a larger Email team that is responsible for the design and deployment of email marketing programs for HBI’s key US brands. This role is an expansion of the email team and will be responsible for driving daily results that contribute to long term strategic goals.
 
Deep experience is not required for this role; the ideal candidate will have some prior email marketing experience, whether formally working brand-side or agency-side or having email marketing experience supporting a non-profit organization. This candidate will have a solid understanding of the email channel and proven expertise in building email campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal stakeholders (brand teams, site managers, digital marketing team) to drive brand messaging and engagement, leading to revenue growth through the email marketing channel
  • Own hands-on email campaign setup, QA, and proofing within our email service provider (ESP), including audience definition, content creation and campaign deployment.
  • Analyze email campaign performance; create and administer A/B tests that can quantify the effects of changes made to creative content.
  • Review, recommend and implement improvements to existing content though changes to copy, design and targeting.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand the behaviors that our brand leads and site managers want to adapt to drive more frequent and loyal consumers, then build out behavior-driven, triggered email campaigns to impact those behaviors.
  • Partner with creative design and other internal teams to develop copy and creative assets

Qualifications

Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Expertise in building audience segments
  • Familiarity with large ESP platforms
