Manager of Finance

GENERAL FUNCTIONS:
Plans, budgets, administers, reports and controls all financial matters of the Center. Administers all accounting procedures and manages all financial accounts using manual and automated systems. Plans and monitors all financial accounting procedures used by the Center in conjunction with the Corporate Finance Representative. Monitors Center and departmental budget process of budgetary policies and procedures. Reviews and audits financial accounts on a timely basis to determine financial status of the Center. Prepares monthly trial balances, DOL financial reports, and monthly budget reports. Establishes a payment system for the collections of fees for meals served to non-students. Maintain payroll procedures for all Center employees.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required and three years of responsible experience in Accounting involving functional or line supervision;

OR

An Associate Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required and seven years of responsible experience in Accounting involving functional or line supervision.

Effective verbal and written communication skills; effective organizational skills; effective interpersonal skills; ability to be discreet; must be confidential. 

A Valid Driver’s License is required.
