Intern, Client Services and Quality (Undergraduate)

The Intern, Client Services and Quality will support the content and training initiatives of Customer Experience and Client Services. This position is responsible for understanding Customer Experience and Client Services training needs and working across multiple departments to meet end goals. The Intern will support developing content, scheduling, and working in a Learning Management System. This position will also support project initiative on quality monitoring, including supporting enhancing quality control rubrics.
The FMI Internship Program is offered to students currently registered in a degree program. It is a 10-12 week summer commitment, Full Time, 40 hours/week. Interns will gain a greater understanding of FMI through challenging project-based work, Spotlight Speaker Series with company executives, and the chance to connect with all employees by attending many company-wide events. 
Key Responsibilities
• Support training projects and initiatives across Customer Experience and Client Services.
• Support buildout of new Client Services, Associate curriculum and Client Services Hiring Manager checklist.
• Organize and optimize Client Services use of the learning management system, Cornerstone and the sales enablement platform, Brainshark.
• Support buildout of Quality Control rubrics for each functional area.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and/or cross-functional teams for content development.
• Maintain information and organization of personnel files.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• Rising senior enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Education, Psychology or other related field
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in an office environment
• Proficiency with MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Familiarity with Brainshark and/or Cornerstone
• Ability to multi-task and remain flexible with changing priorities
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of HIPAA and importance of privacy of patient data
