Implementations Intern (Summer 2022)

Job Overview

As a Professional Services / Implementations Intern, you will have a unique opportunity to learn about the operations of a services delivery team and apply your knowledge of systems, human resources, and project management to make an impact!  
 
In the role you will learn about iCIMS Talent Cloud solutions and the tools used behind the scenes to keep our operations flowing. Those include tools like Salesforce, FinancialForce, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Confluence and more.   
 
You will be working on projects to reconcile and clean-up project data to provide more accurate reporting to the business. You will help create reports and provide revisions as necessary.  You will help optimize our Professional Services Automation tool by updating data and email templates used by our teams every day. You will also help with updating and maintaining internal documentation that are used in support of project delivery for customers.  
This is an exciting opportunity to learn Talent Acquisition technology, sales tools, project management tools, and more about the Consulting function at iCIMS.

Responsibilities

  • Complete Intern orientation including company and departmental orientation.  
  • Complete our iCIMS Foundations program so that you can learn all about iCIMS and help tell our story! 
  • Once training is complete, leverage company provided tools including Salesforce and FinancialForce to create project and Professional Services department reports.  
  • Assist with inspecting project data hygiene. 
  • Work with staff and leadership to reconcile and correct any inaccurate data. 
  • Present findings and trends to leadership 
  • Review Changes to understand impacts and to recommend next steps.  

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program.  
  • An interest and passion for leveraging data to inform decision making.   
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly.  
  • Strong project management and planning skills.   
  • Ability to identify data trends and provide suggestions for improvement.  

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce, FinancialForce, Tableau and/or Clari
