Business Development Associate
Refresh Mental Health is seeking a Business Development Associate to focus on new acquisitions and recruiting for our company centers. This individual will establish and maintain effective professional relationships with clinic owners, brokers and referral sources and provide support for growth initiatives in the company.
Key Functions:
- Research and call prospective centers and clinicians that may be a potential fit for the company
- Assist in the M&A process with centers that the company engages
- Assist with clinical recruiting for each of our centers
- Drive various business development projects for the company
Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelors degree (preferably in business administration, finance healthcare, or marketing related field)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Preference for at least 2 years' work or internship experience preferably in banking, corporate development, recruiting, healthcare or sales
- Strong analytical skills and strong organizational skills
- Must be detail and solutions-oriented
