The Role
The Northridge Group is seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in online lead generation and content creation. The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Marketing Manager and assist in the execution and optimization of ongoing digital campaigns. Regular responsibilities for this position include writing and researching content for The Northridge Group blog and various whitepapers, conducting keyword research and search engine optimization, managing leads and contact reporting through Hubspot CRM, and constructing campaign-based email content. The ideal candidate is an innovative team player who enjoys analyzing data and tracking the performance of various marketing campaigns, while applying key learnings to further lead generation initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
  1. Make routine updates to the Northridge website on the Wordpress platform while using Google Analytics to track visitor metrics.
  2. Perform keyword research and SEO maintenance to improve and maintain Google rankings.
  3. Create content for Northridge’s weekly customer and prospective client newsletter. Track metrics and perform A/B testing to enhance conversions and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
  4. Contribute to the creation of thought leadership blog content, service-based case studies, white papers, webinars, and proprietary research.
  5. Regularly report on key growth metrics and explore alternative and innovative ways to increase digital lead conversions.
Qualifications & Experience:
  1. 1-3 years of digital marketing experience required.
  2. Digitally-savvy and experienced in driving leads in a B2B space.
  3. Expertise with CRM and email marketing platforms such as Hubspot.
  4. Familiarity with SEO trends, keyword analytics and website visitor analytics through platforms such as Conductor and Google Analytics.
  5. Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  6. Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads paid advertising is a plus.
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, PR or other related degree required.
