As a global company, MetLife seeks creative, curious, and innovative minds who are interested in advancing their technical skills and professional development. Undergraduate students with graduation dates of December 2022 through June 2024, are encouraged to apply for MetLife’s MTU summer internship program to gain real-world experience working on different technical projects that will touch the lives of millions of customers.

The MTU 2022 Summer Internship will likely be HYBRID this year – Interns would be expected to be in the physical office three days per week and work from home two days per week.
Please note, our internship program serves as a pipeline for full-time opportunities after graduation; many roles are located in MetLife’s GTO hub, Cary, NC (near Research Triangle Park/Raleigh, NC).
