Retail Systems Intern

Job Description
The Retail Systems Intern will support the Retail Systems team by reviewing and analyzing system and staff processes and procedures. You will deliver feedback on existing processes and procedures and provide ideas on how to make changes. Analyze data regarding business and training deliverables. Work side-by-side with Retail System team members to observe frontline staff, identify pain points and find ways to remove technological or process barriers that keep frontline staff from creating exceptional Member experiences.

Essential Functions

  • Maintain strict adherence and compliance to all laws, rules, regulations and internal controls specific to your role, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, USA Patriot Act, OFAC and Fair Lending regulations.

Experience
Minimum Qualification
  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student with one of our 6 partnered accredited institution/ university
  • Minimum of 30 completed academic hours
  • Data analytics (including school and professional assignments)
  • Must be bondable
 
Preferred Qualification
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required. Job may require travel to varied locations throughout Austin metro area
  • Bilingual Spanish / English preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
