Senior Financial Analyst
GIFTED is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Finance team based out of our New Orleans or Fort Lauderdale locations. The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Director of Business Analysis & Planning and ultimately to the Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities
You would be a great fit for this role if you are comfortable with the following:
- Working independently with and managing requests from key leaders across the business, including Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Finance as well as the Executive leadership team.
- Leading ad hoc analyses and presentations for key stakeholders across the business (e.g., Business Development, Sales, Account Management) to facilitate strategic and tactical discussions with an emphasis on healthcare staffing market analysis, pricing and margin analysis, and operational variance analysis
- Driving insights across the organization by consulting with internal stakeholders to determine business needs from a data perspective
- Maintaining a robust business database and developing standard/automated processes to review, cleanse, manage and analyze data from multiple sources
- Managing ambiguity and changing priorities across the business
Skills & Experience
You would be a great fit for this role is you have the following background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or similar program required; MBA, CFA, CPA, PE preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in corporate FP&A, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Public Accounting, or other highly analytical and fast-paced role within a fast-growing company
- Experience working with large and complex datasets, including data cleansing, analytics, and reporting
- Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, experience with other analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) ideal
- Strong presentation and executive communication skills, ability to move between detailed analytics and high-level takeaways
