People Analytics Internship (Summer 2022)
Disclaimer: This position is expected to start around May or June 2022 and continue through the entire Summer term (i.e. through August/September) or into early Fall 2022 if available. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time, for most internships. Please consider before submitting an application.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week. Many students will be limited to part-time depending on their academic standing.

About the Team
The People Insights Team provides analysis and reporting to support business needs and guide business decisions. As the People Analytics intern, you will support the team's day to day operations by creating reports, data visualizations, and analysis for various departments and business partners. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Hands on creation of reports using SQL, Excel and/or other data visualization tools
- Support various other people analytic development
- Ensure accuracy and final quality review of all products/reports
Qualifications:
- Current undergraduate or graduate student preferably pursuing a degree in Math, Statistics, Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Advanced Excel knowledge and experience
- Preferred experience and knowledge of SQL through academic programs, projects or past work experience
- Demonstrated experience with data visualization (Tableau, Excel, etc.) through academic projects, programs or past work experience
- Ability to effectively communication verbally
- Excellent time management skills
- Self- starters who are result orientated, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious and who take initiative and risks
- Previous work experience or internships in a related field is a plus
- Available to work a minimum of 40 hours + during the week
