What is Data Collection - Ring (US)?
This project aims to improve the AI behind calls with automatic machines, so the quality and the experience are enhanced. Participants will complete short phone calls (2-5 minutes) about certain topics from different devices or VOIP tools (mobile, landline, skype, zoom, etc.) which will be recorded for the purposes of the project. This is done remote.
Main Requirements
We are looking for participants who speak American English with different accents including African-American Vernacular English (AAVE), Southern, Western, Hispanic, and Chinese. No interview is required. Participants must:
- Complete 5 calls with each call lasting 2-5 minutes.
- Make 2-3 calls per day (morning, afternoon, and evening), and complete within 2 days.
- Use at least 2 phones such as landline, cell phone, and VoIP (Skype, Zoom, Team, Google)
- Use devices like earphone, internal mic, speaker phone, or wireless head set.
Compensation
We will pay $65 for the set of 5 calls, paid by PayPal. It is important to complete 5 calls to get paid.
