Benefits Analyst

Summary:
Coordinate and support benefits program initiatives, strategy and components; track and measure data to evaluate program effectiveness. Serve as subject matter expert for ERP benefits module and related screens. Champion continuous improvement to maximize utilization of ERP system and department efficiency. Comply with benefits related policies, regulations, and laws. Coordinate ACA mandatory reporting to ensure accurate and timely filing and distribution of ACA mandated forms. Work with team to ensure timely and accurate filing of required benefits related reports. Support ADA/504 Coordinator with employee related accommodations.

Responsibilities: 
-Manage, maintain, support, monitor, and evaluate benefits data functions within ERP system.
-Provide technical support, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with benefits director and team to strategize and implement efficiencies and system enhancements.
-Coordinate and ensure compliance with ACA employer mandates.
-Provide assistance with health screenings, flu shots, and other employee wellness programs with team members, BVSD employees and vendors.
-Work cross-functionally with other departments.
-Provide assistance and guidance to employees regarding wellness programs and district initiatives.
-Serve as backup for Benefits Specialist.
-Provide positive and responsive customer service by establishing and maintaining collaborative and effective working relationships with employees, departments, schools, vendors, community members and organizations.
-Support benefits team to create, maintain, and evaluate benefits guidelines and processes.
-Coordinate surveys when appropriate; maintain organized record keeping system and present data to support employee benefits program goals.
-Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required:
-Minimum of three years experience in: Benefits
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Exemplary customer service and problem solving skills
-Communicate (read, write, and speak) in English (must pass English component of interview process)
-Complete and submit BVSD online application

Preferred:
-Bachelor’s Degree in: Human Resources or related field
-Experience in working with ERP systems related to benefits
-Experience in working with ERP systems
-Infor/Lawson Experience GHR/Benefits V11 Experience

Salary Information:
-Salary Placement varies according to experience and education.
