Program Manager
OCT Consulting LLC is a boutique management consulting company that provides support to Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.
Responsibilities and Duties
We currently have an opening for a Program Manager. In this role, you must:
·        Be proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
·        Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with senior Federal personnel
·        Think strategically with regards to as-is and to-be business processes
·        Function as a working senior member of the team by developing work products, facilitating and leading meetings and contributing to senior level briefings while also serving in the role of project manager
·        Provide clear leadership, technical direction and guidance to contractor personnel
Education Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a business related or engineering field
Experience Requirements: In addition to the educational requirement, the Program Manager shall also have
·        Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience (11 if candidate holds a Master’s degree) in performing program management support services. 
·        The Program Manager shall have eight (8) years of experience in software implementation and process reengineering.
·        Must be a United States Citizen
