Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO) is currently seeking a Civil Rights Compliance Manager for the I-5 Bridge Replacement (IBR) Project in Vancouver, WA. This position is responsible for establishing, developing, implementing, and managing civil rights programs. Working collaboratively with the Department of Transportation in Oregon and Washington State, as well as the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA), this position develops and manages the IBR Civil Rights Programs. This position will also be responsible for conducting an Availability Analysis to determine the availability of minority, women-owned, and disadvantaged business enterprises interested in bidding on IBR projects contracts. This position will work in collaboration with the ODOT Office of Civil Rights (OCR) and the WSDOT OEO to monitor and implement Civil Rights compliance throughout the life of the IBR Program.
