Corporate Treasury Analyst

Job Summary: Analyze and interpret financial data, prepare reports and analytical documents, generate accurate financial forecasts, and develop effective cash and investment management strategies. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and be proficient in financial analytics software. Prepare profitability reports to inform bank management of optimization opportunities. Develop models to simulate loan and deposit pricing scenarios to assist stakeholders with financial decision making. Show initiative in terms of idea generation and motivation to execute in a fast-paced environment. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all he or she does in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s character qualities.

Essential Functions:

Develop analytical models and reports to assist management with the evaluation of product and services profitability.
Monitor the Bank’s balance sheet and investment portfolio and develop reports to identify key optimization opportunities.
Build financial models to increase value-at-risk awareness; leverage models to inform strategic initiatives and annual budget strategy.
Prepare and analyze data for monthly profitability simulations and quarterly ALM simulations.
Work collaboratively with Senior Business Intelligence analysts to maintain profitability models.
Monitor liquidity and sources/uses of funds models.
Education and Experience: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Preferred Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relevant field. 3+ years of accounting, finance, or Treasury experience preferred. Previous experience in the banking sector with emphasis in corporate treasury or investment management preferred. Experience with Bloomberg Terminal preferred.

Required Skills and Knowledge: Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills including familiarity with business intelligence software. Comfortable extracting insights from large data sets. Must have collaborative attitude and innovative mindset. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong time management abilities.

Required Licenses and/or Certifications: None.

Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time viewing personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

Working Conditions: Normal office conditions. Some travel required.
