Solv has an immediate need for an Environmental Scientist to provide full-time support to a client in Washington, DC. Solv employees develop a diverse set of skills to better support our clients in the areas of environmental planning, management, and compliance; natural resources management; water resources planning and climate resilience; and energy management.
Ideal candidates will have 5 to 7 years of experience in any of these areas, as well as proficiency with environmental laws and regulations (e.g., NEPA, ESA, CAA, CWA, RCRA). Candidates must possess an MS degree in environmental science, biology, chemistry, or equivalent from an accredited university and 5 years of work experience in environmental planning, compliance, and management, including experience with developing, planning, or reviewing design and construction documents or a BS degree and 7 to 10 years of experience. All candidates must possess outstanding oral and written communications skills.
