College Intern - Marketing **Remote or in-person opportunity**

Qualifications and Education Requirements
**Remote or in-person opportunity** 
Part time with 10-20 hours per week.
Required
  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited college or university or an accredited certification business or technology field, as a junior, senior, or graduate
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and analytical skills
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Organize and oversee the categorization of digital assets
  • Devise creative concepts for social media strategy
  • Research tasks to support marketing and advancement initiatives
  • Supports the attainment of organization and department business goals
  • Provides research, development, and analysis support to meet various department needs
  • Receives training and performs duties in several functional areas
  • Sets performance goals and objectives with supervising manager/director
  • Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers/mentors
  • Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties
  • Attends Pace-sponsored training classes
  • Completes a project assigned through management at the beginning of the internship
  • Will present out the project work and results to the Advancement team
  • Prepares and submits a summary of experiences at the end of the internship to recap learning
  • Other duties as assigned
Other Requirements
  • Must adhere to Agency Values and Principles.
  • Must be able to travel by automobile, plane, train, etc. and available for overnight travel as required.
  • Current Florida driver’s license
