Business Analyst

Central Bancompany Business Analysts work in a team setting to review business processes.  Business Analysts work closely with bank management and staff to optimize business processes, identify opportunities for profit improvement, review internal controls, and assess regulatory compliance.

Business Analysts learn about and review a wide variety of bank products, services, and internal operations including trust, investment management, mortgage lending, accounting, and financial reporting.  Many of our professionals have ascended into management roles in many of these areas.

The position is based in Jefferson City, MO. The position requires six credit hours of accounting. The position requires some travel.
