Stanford Parenting Center Student Intern Position

Hello Stanford Students,

My name is Emily Izenman and I am the Research Coordinator at Stanford University in the Stanford Parenting Center under Co-Directors Dr. Kurahashi and Dr. Reichert. I am excited to announce the first Student Internship Position within the Stanford Parenting Center!

The Stanford Parenting Center is looking for motivated, creative undergraduate students willing to help us do the following:

1) Market SPC services (digital interventions for caregivers)
2) Create content for Instagram page
3) Help with content creation of study materials
4) REDCap assistance (with supervision & learning)
5) Meta-analysis and literature reviews

A little bit about us! The Stanford Parenting Center (SPC) ensures that parents are powerful partners in supporting their child’s mental health and well-being by providing them the right resources and tools. Parents are empowered to tap into their existing parenting abilities and learn evidence-based strategies to help them recognize, defuse, and even treat their child’s mental health difficulties. We disseminate evidence-based programming via digital webinars, psycho-educational groups, and treatment groups. We are currently aiming to expand the research wing of our center, and market our services to diverse, underserved audiences.

This position would be ideal for someone interested in psychology, pediatrics, marketing, digital media, intervention, and research. YOU MUST BE A STUDENT IN UNDERGRAD OR GRADUATE SCHOOL TO APPLY. THIS INTERNSHIP IS CONTINGENT ON SCHOOL ENROLLMENT.
