To help advance our work in New York, we need an Executive Assistant who will provide a high standard of direct administrative support to the Executive Director of The Nature Conservancy in New York. The Executive Assistant also supports the NY Executive Team’s meetings, retreats, and initiatives. The Executive Team is comprised of the The Nature Conservancy in New York’s conservation, development, marketing & communications, finance & operations and people / HR leaders. The Executive Assistant, supporting the New York Executive Director, is in the middle of a results-oriented, collaborative, high energy, values-focused, and high impact team.
 
The successful candidate will act independently within broad program goals to prioritize tasks and exercise independent judgment. We appreciate a collaborative, inclusive approach and encourage innovative ideas and actions.
 
The ideal candidate will have a background and track record that includes: 
·    Bachelor’s degree and 3 years related experience or equivalent combination;
·    Experience generating reports, and analyzing and interpreting data;
·    Experience managing the schedule and contacts of a senior leader;
·    Experience with database management;
·    Experience working across departments;
·    Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated.
