Customer Service Representative Full-Time

ATMC is seeking a client-focused Customer Care Representative with sharp listening skills that will be a solid addition to our talented team. As a Customer Care Representative at ATMC, you will be the link between ATMC and our customers working in the Customer Care Department. ATMC allows you to serve the community by assisting our clients with their communications needs both through our call center or face-to-face in our stores. Other activities include credit applications and new service activation or adding services to their existing accounts. This position includes 6 weeks of paid training and will require on-site attendance at our corporate headquarters. ATMC also provides other resources to encourage our teams' career growth and goals.
Requirements
- Clear & concise communication skills with internal as well as external customers.
- Strong technology skills, especially in Excel, Word, etc.
- Ability to work alone or participate in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
- Flexibility to work any schedule during the hours of operation. Monday-Saturday 8 am-6 pm.
- Skilled in prioritizing, completing multiple projects, identifying problems, and finding resolutions.
Essential Job Functions:
- Ability to meet with new, existing, and potential customers by telephone or in-person.
- Knowledge to explain the details of all ATMC products and services. Including the ability to recommend specific products and services by asking appropriate questions of customers and identifying each customer’s product needs.
- Performs customer verifications including but not limited to credit checks for new customers.
- Initiate service orders for new and existing customers.
- Resolve customer complaints by clarifying customer’s issue, determining the root cause of the problem, selecting, and executing the best solution to solve the customer’s problem.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding productivity measurements which include the number of customer contacts, number of service orders created, and number of product sales.
- Responsible for following company-established customer service standards for each customer contact.
- Records customer information, transactions, comments, and complaints to generate sales leads and follow-ups with the client if there are new services, promotional packages, or repairs that may improve the clients’ expectations.
- Re-routing or elevating customer concerns to a manager or lead if you are unable to answer questions.
- Ensures customer satisfaction before disconnecting customer contact.
- Performs all other duties assigned by Manager, Customer Care
Preferred qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree in related field preferred.
- Knowledge of Quintrex Data Systems, and AS400 preferred.
- Must maintain a clean driving record and valid license.
