Accounts Receivable Representative

Summary
The job of Account Receivable Representative is providing support for department functions with specific responsibility for performing activities related to managing biller accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Process new patients into the billers systems
  • Process all billing transactions accurately and efficiently to meet expected deadlines
  • Chase payment and collect on overdue balances
  • Provide weekly updates regarding billers current status
  • Consistent deadline for follow up on all claims
  • Maintain current follow up dates and notes on claims
  • Acts as a liaison between the Biller, Sales, and Operations
  • Detailed research of claim denials and how to overturn them
  • Collect revenue on various corporate accounts.
  • Verbal and email communication with third party affiliates
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Language Skills
