Addiction Recovery Therapeutic Services Manager

Aware Recovery Care (ARC) offers a holistic approach to treatment and changes the way clients receive care throughout the country. ARC is a year-long, home based, addiction treatment program that works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist clients in their first year of recovery.


Position Summary:


The Therapeutic Services Manager is responsible for overseeing In Home Addiction Treatment (IHAT) 
Psychotherapy, Family Education and Family Systems Therapy services of Aware Recovery Care. The Therapeutic Services Manager will lead IHAT Psychotherapy Clinicians/Practitioners (IPTs) and FamilyEducation Facilitators (FEFs) to perform their role to the best of their ability. Additionally, the Therapeutic Services Manager serves as a pivotal resource for ARC Care Teams, clients and their
loved ones.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Provides supervision to Family Education Facilitators, IHAT Psychotherapy Clinicians and
Practitioners
Leads weekly Family Wellness and IHAT Psychotherapy meetings
Attends weekly Case Review meetings with multidisciplinary ARC Care Team and Agency
Leadership Meeting to offer clinical input and provide updates on Therapeutic Services
Department
In collaboration with the Therapeutic Services Liaison, tracks all data related to the IHAT
Psychotherapy and Family Wellness services. This includes the number of participants
and sessions attended in regards to Family Education and Family Systems Therapy.
In collaboration with the Therapeutic Services Liaison, assigns FEFs and IPTs to client
teams when services are requested
Oversees the training provided by IPTs to Family Education Facilitators on Family
Wellness-related topics
Attends Family Meetings when asked to offer systemic input
Maintains a caseload when necessary (caseload determined by supervisor)
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

License in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Social Work, and/or Mental Health
Counseling
Minimum of 2 years working in the Substance Use field, knowledge of Medication
Assisted Treatments and previous leadership/management experience
